You should have professional experience in food science, food microbiology, food chemistry, sanitation in food processing, HACCP systems, or related technical fields. We are seeking individuals with demonstrated knowledge of food safety principles, practical experience in HACCP system implementation, and understanding of food processing sanitation practices.

Have you completed the Basic HACCP or Segment Two courses from either the Seafood HACCP Alliance (SHA), Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)?(Required)

Exception: application fees will be refunded if the Seafood HACCP Alliance (SHA) and the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) cancel the course.
