- FSIS Administrator Paul Kiecker spoke at a regional Small Plant Roundtable held in Ohio. Attendees heard from presenters about sanitation, labeling claims, and grants. These roundtables are a great opportunity for plant owners to speak directly with FSIS leadership and learn more about how the agency supports small and very small meat and poultry establishments. The next Small Plant Roundtable will be in Oklahoma in March.
