• FSIS Administrator Paul Kiecker shared agency updates at the Northwest Meat Processors Association’s convention last week, including our work to reduce foodborne Salmonella illness attributable to poultry products, the voluntary Product of USA label final rule and our efforts to substantiate animal raising claims.
