Whole Genome Sequencing Live Learning Series

The Oregon Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence is hosting a Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) Live Learning Series (LLS), led by our New York CoE partners.

This web-video based course (using Zoom, webcam required!) provides hands-on training for epidemiologists using WGS during foodborne illness outbreak investigations. The LLS utilizes both case-based and real-world outbreak scenarios for discussion with peers and subject-matter experts in epidemiology and molecular science.

Please review this summary for more information on the course.
