Nothing can be more nerve wracking than your first visit to a food establishment. Like any other business, there are tools of the trade and if you are new to your position, this video is for you. AFDO's Autumn Schuck takes you on a tour of equipment you might find when visiting an inspection site. It's a great refresher, too.
