Join AFDO for a conversation with representatives from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as they explore the increased incidence of Cyclospora outbreaks in recent years. The webinar will provide an overview of Cyclospora outbreaks, common foods implicated in the outbreaks, food vehicle sources, and information public health officials have learned from investigating past outbreaks. The session will also cover current research, FDA sampling assignments, laboratory methodologies, and genotyping.
