There are several in-person courses available for trainers to teach, including:
- Basic HACCP (16 contact hours)
- SCP (6.5 contact hours)
- Segment II (6.5 contact hours)

Applications for domestic courses and international courses must be submitted at least 20 calendar days in advance of the course (Section 5.2)
Please submit your course applications no later than 20 calendar days prior to your course start date. If your course is not approved before your course start date, course certificates will not be issued to the participants.
