Courses are scheduled throughout the year at the discretion of individual trainers. If you don’t see a course available in your area, we recommend checking back weekly for new listings. All Basic Seafood HACCP and Segmemt Two courses listed below meet the training requirements outlined in 21 CFR Part 123.10. The Seafood HACCP Alliance (SHA) does not review or approve external training programs. Be sure to consult your local regulatory authority to confirm whether a course will be accepted before registering. For course-specific details, visit the Seafood HACCP training page.
