Version 1.0 PSA Grower Training curriculum was retired December 31, 2019 and is no longer approved for use at PSA Grower Trainings. PSA Grower Training Courses must use Version 1.1 or 1.2 (Policy, Critical Edits, and Change Log).
The PSA Grower manual is currently available in the languages listed below. All participants must receive training in a language that they understand. This includes having a PSA Grower Training manual in a language that participants easily understand. Translations must be reviewed by PSA prior to use. If the primary language of the audience is not listed below, you must consult with the PSA regarding training delivery in an alternative language. Please contact the PSA and review the Alternative Language Delivery Policy prior to submitting this course registration.
In order to comply with requirements for delivering a PSA Grower Training course and enable your participants to receive the certificate of course completion from AFDO, you must provide each course attendee with a printed Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training manual. Chinese Grower Training manuals must be printed and distributed to course participants prior to a remote delivery training or on the day of training for in-person training.
Currently the PSA does not maintain an inventory of Chinese manuals but we are looking into print options to provide them domestically. We have posted PDF files and instructions to support commercial printing of the Chinese curriculum.

At least one PSA Lead Trainer is required to be present and engaged for the entire course. Please list all PSA Lead Trainers and PSA Trainers (if applicable) who plan to deliver course modules.
The PSA Lead Trainer(s) listed on the course registration will be accountable for ensuring the described training is conducted in accordance with the PSA/AFDO Training Course Requirements. PSA reserves the right to suspend or revoke PSA Lead Trainer status if policies and protocols are not followed.
The PSA Grower Training Course is designed to be delivered in-person in one day or seven hours of dedicated instruction time. You may host a training that is longer than one day, as long as all seven curriculum modules are covered in full, and you have confirmation that attendees were present for all seven modules. Records should be kept by the PSA Lead Trainer to confirm attendance, but are not required to be submitted to AFDO unless requested by PSA.
The remote delivery of the PSA Grower Training Course may be hosted all in one day or over multiple days, as long as all seven curriculum modules are covered in full, and you have confirmation that attendees were present for all seven modules. Records should be kept by the PSA Lead Trainer to confirm attendance, but are not required to be submitted to AFDO unless requested by PSA.

Costs for PSA Grower Training Course Certificates are based on the income designation from the World Bank, $35 for participants from high income countries or $15 for participants from all other income countries. One payment should be sent to AFDO for all participants of a course. Checks mailed to:
