SAFHER SUPPORT RFP

Introduction/Background 

The Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) is initiating a request for proposal (RFP) in search of vendors interested in providing a proposed solution and a team of professionals to perform operations and maintenance (O&M) services, give tier 1 and tier 2 help desk support, lead data migration efforts, coordinate state-specific system customization, and manage any associated activities for states onboarding SAFHER and SAFHER Go. The SAFHER solution is a national regulatory technology platform for agriculture and public health.  SAFHER is part of a cooperative agreement funded by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In addition, the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) is participating with AFDO on this project.
