Description
The Add-On Certificate ordering process:
- Add student information to the AMC Leaders Worksheet. (Download worksheet)
- IMPORTANT – Modifying the worksheet (e.g., hiding/removing columns, changing headers) will produce inaccurate certificates. Any reprints necessitated by such alterations will incur additional fees, which the instructor must cover.
- Upload a completed worksheet to this page.
- Select the # certificate(s) to purchase.
- Pay for certificates.
- Within 1 week, students listed on the worksheet will receive their certificates.
IMPORTANT: This add-on is OPTIONAL. If you purchase the AMC Course Kit, a certificate is included for each kit you purchase. It is only recommended that you purchase this individual certificate if you do not plan to buy the course kit OR you need additional certificates.
What’s included: 1 AMC for Leaders Course Certificate, which will be emailed directly from AFDO to your student(s).
