The speaker is Microbiologist Insook Son, Ph.D., from the FDA’s Human Foods Program, Office of Produce Safety.
Sprout growers and laboratories conducting SSIW or in-process sprouts testing will learn about testing procedures, test methods, interpretation of results, regulatory requirements, and best practices for sprout safety.
