The Sprout Safety Alliance (SSA), in collaboration with the FDA, invites you to join a free webinar titled Testing Spent Sprout Irrigation Water (or In-Process Sprouts) for E. coli O157:H7 and Salmonella: Meeting the Requirements of the Produce Safety Rule. The speaker is Microbiologist Insook Son, Ph.D., from the FDA’s Human Foods Program, Office of Produce Safety.

Sprout growers and laboratories conducting SSIW or in-process sprouts testing will learn about testing procedures, test methods, interpretation of results, regulatory requirements, and best practices for sprout safety.
