Food Safety Culture for Regulators with Frank Yiannas

Start January 8, 2025

End January 9, 2025

In-Person

Food Safety Culture for Regulators is back in early 2025 and now is the time to apply. Former FDA Deputy Commissioner Frank Yiannas leads this high-energy workshop that teaches regulators how to evaluate and strengthen the food safety cultures of an organization or establishment they regulate and how to make their regulatory practices and programs more effective.

Gain a better understanding of food safety culture, what it is – and what it is not. Learn must-know organizational and behavioral science principles and how to use them to influence human behavior for the better and enhance employee compliance. Attendees will receive practical, real-world applications and leave motivated with inventive and inspiring ideas to advance food safety culture.

Attendees must apply to participate in the January 8-9, 2025, training scheduled for Nashville, Tennessee. Attendance is limited to regulatory professionals. Seating is limited to 50. AFDO members can attend for just $300, and non-members for $1,200. (This is just one of the great reasons to join AFDO if you are not a member.)
