Join the Food Protection Educational Resource Collection Committee for their annual committee meeting. This meeting usually takes place at the AFDO Annual Educational Conference, but we have moved all of the committee meetings to a virtual format. This event is FREE to attend.

Please join the Food Protection Educational Resource Collection Committee as we take a deep dive into providing Food Protection Certification and what it takes to get accredited as presented by Always Food Safe, President, Nick Eastwood!
During our committee call, Nick will provide an overview of the trek of the food protection manager certification accreditation process and alternative solutions to developing your own accredited program.
At the end of our hour, committee co-chairs will cover the committee charges and progress made in 2022-23. We will be covering new materials found in additional languages and some awesome restructuring of the website www.afdo.org/resources_category/foreign-language/ to aid the user.
