Abstract:The purpose of this presentation is to link regulatory expectations to real-world risks. Each section of the seminar is directly tied to common real-world risks encountered in cannabis manufacturing. These risks include exposure to pesticides, mold contamination, poor storage conditions, inadequate cleaning procedures, and improper use of clothing or personal protective equipment (PPE). The presentation emphasizes the importance of robust documentation and process controls to effectively manage these risks and maintain compliance.
Ultimately, the goal is to help regulators develop a unified language for discussing concentration, risk, and compliance within the cannabis extraction sector. By providing a structured and relatable framework, the presentation fosters better communication and more effective regulatory oversight.
