The AFDO Annual Education Conference (AEC) rotates to different geographic regions each year, partnering with local AFDO affiliates to deliver this premier learning experience. Each June, the five-day conference becomes the epicenter of the food safety world, bringing together professionals from federal, state, local, tribal and territorial government agencies, academia, consumer groups, and industry.
Distinguished subject matter experts share their expertise across more than 40 topics spanning manufactured food, retail, produce, cannabis, and body art safety. These experts come prepared not just to present, but to engage and collaborate with attendees.
Beyond the main conference, AFDO offers pre-conference workshops and specialized training on complementary topics.
