We answer the question, “How do you know Active Managerial Control is a part of the food safety culture in a retail food establishment?” This session also defines policy, training, and verification as it applies to Active Managerial Control. Then we take real world experiences and apply Active Managerial Control including coaching techniques and best practices. This activity driven workshop addresses, “What works and what can you do today to apply Active Managerial?” following this workshop. In the last phase of this workshop, we will have a robust discussion of protecting public health up to and including legal action based on a “pattern of non-compliance.”
