The Modernization of Cosmetic Regulation Act is currently changing the way cosmetic products, including tattoo ink, are regulated in the United States. This presentation will provide an overview of tattoo ink manufacturing as it relates to the 7 primary elements of MoCRA, FDA inspections, and general GMP compliance concepts.
