Chip Kennedy

Chip Kennedy is the Founder and CEO of CivicReach, an AI-native case management platform helping public agencies serve people faster, smarter, and with greater care. A social founder and technologist for more than a decade, Kennedy has built products that improve the lives of hospice patients, voters, caregivers, travelers, and frontline service teams. He also co-organizes Triangle Tech Night, a gathering place for startup and technology leaders across North Carolina’s Research Triangle. Kennedy holds a BS in computer science from Case Western Reserve University.
Jocelyn Howard
CivicReach
Jocelyn Howard is VP of Customer Experience at CivicReach, where she leads the company’s work helping government agencies successfully adopt and strengthen modern service delivery. She has spent her career working with and alongside state and local governments, building partnerships, managing grants, and improving communication between agencies, partners, and the communities they serve. Howard holds a BA from Columbia University and an MPA in Health Policy & Management from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
