About

Learn how to conduct effective Food Safety Training (industry and regulators). This project helps create sustainable ways to ensure facilities can continue basic food safety practices in their daily routine work. The Train the Trainer efforts help increase knowledge retention for managers and staff, which creates a strong food safety culture. All materials are available in English, Spanish, and Mandarin in the Colorado Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence website.

Boulder County Public Health (BCPH)
Rosa Stillwell has been an Environmental Health Specialist II at Boulder County Public Health for 13+ years. She's been integral to the Oral Culture Learning training project for 10 years, developing bilingual educational materials and presentations. Stillwell conducts epidemiological investigations and contributed to Train the Trainer development, with materials available in English, Spanish, and Mandarin.
