Courses are scheduled at the instructor’s convenience throughout the year.  There is no routine schedule for upcoming courses. If you cannot locate a course in your area, please check back weekly for an updated schedule.

The below courses meet the training requirements of 21 CFR Part 123.10. There are other Seafood HACCP Training programs available that the Seafood HACCP Alliance (SHA) does not assess or provide certificates of equivalence. It is best to speak to your regulators to ensure they accept and/or acknowledge a training before you register.
