Update on the Protocol for the Development and Registration of Treatments for Preharvest Agricultural Water

  • [NOTE: FDA updated its July 30, 2020 Constituent Update announcing a New Protocol for the Development and Registration of Treatments for Preharvest Water.  FDA will now allow companies and other agricultural water stakeholders to use non-GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) data in their submissions, provided that the submission accurately represents how the study differs from the GLP standards in 40 CFR 160.12.]
