About

Are you faced with or expecting a big project, struggling to get an existing project off the ground, or faced with new challenges facing your organization? Come Climb the Process Improvement Ladder with us where we teach you the eight key elements for successfully completing your project.  This course goes in depth to teach the necessary facilitation skills and provide the necessary tools to identify inefficiencies, streamline operations, and maintain performance, and stay focused. Whether you are implementing a new process or updating one to meet changes in technology or regulation, this straightforward, not overengineered, or overcomplicated approach will get you there!  

Who Should Attend

The course is designed for regulatory jurisdictions and industry by giving them the tools necessary to facilitate and lead their programs or company in new and/or complex projects. This course takes a deliberate approach to improving business processes by identifying efficiently, analyzing, and refining each existing process to improve them.

Course Length

One 4-hour virtual meeting, four-day in person course, and four monthly follow-up calls not to exceed 2 hours following course where we guide you through your project.
