Please check at the registration table for the silent auction location. The silent auction will open Sunday and close promptly at 5:30PM on Tuesday. All items must be claimed by 10:30AM on Wednesday or they go to the next highest bidder.
About the Scholarship Fund
The AFDO scholarship fund actively provides financial support to college students who have demonstrated a desire to serve in a career of research, regulatory work, quality control, or teaching in an area related to food, drugs, or consumer product safety
About the Bidding Process
Peruse the display of items that have been generously donated. Write your name and bid amount on the bid sheets of items that interest you. Remember that bids must be made in even dollar increments. Bid as often as you like - and be sure to check the progress of your bid throughout the days of the conference! The auction closes at 5:30 PM on Tuesday. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder. All items must be claimed by 10:30AM on Wednesday or they will be awarded to the next highest bidder. You do not need to be present to win; however, you do need to make arrangements for pickup and payment of your item.
All Silent Auction items should be shipped directly to the hotel. Please mark your shipping label exactly as it is displayed below.
