Food Emergency Pocket Guide
This Pocket Guide is intended to aid Food Regulatory
programs in addressing both common and uncommon emergency situations that may
require responses by Food Regulators in the field. Emergencies covered include:
natural disasters such as floods, fires, and hurricanes, and; other
interruptions such as boil water advisories, power outages, sewage backup, pest

This guide was extensively reformatted and replaces the 2011
