The Basic Seafood HACCP course can be taken by choosing one of two options:
A. Attending a 2-1/2- to 3-day course taught by Seafood HACCP Alliance instructor(s)
B. Taking the course in two parts or "segments":
Participants who successfully complete Option A or B above receive a Certificate of Course Completion from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) to demonstrate that they meet the training requirement of the FDA Seafood HACCP regulation.
