Upcoming Courses

Courses are scheduled at the instructor's convenience throughout the year.  There is no set schedule for upcoming courses.

If you cannot locate a course in your area, please check back weekly for an updated schedule.

Course Type and Length:
  • The Basic Seafood HACCP course is a 2-1/2 to 3 day course (Date on Course Schedule is the 1st date of the course)
  • The Segment Two course is a 1 day course. (Must have Segment One Completion Notice to attend)
  • The Sanitation Control Procedure (SCP) course is a 1 day course.
