AFDO Conference Silent Auction
Opens Sunday, June 20th at Noon
Closes Tuesday, June 22nd at 5:30 PM
You will find almost every imaginable item. You will have the opportunity to silently bid on as many items as you desire, and to bid as often as you like in this fun and competitive event. Proceeds from this event benefit the AFDO Scholarship Fund.

Please check with the staff at the AFDO registration desk if you wish to donate items. Help make this year’s silent auction a huge success by donating a souvenir, keepsake gift or novelty item, or by bidding on any item in the auction. Have fun and show your support - all auction proceeds benefit the AFDO Scholarship Fund!
Peruse the display of items that have been generously donated. Write your name and bid amount on the bid sheets of items you are interested in. Remember that bids must be made in even dollar increments. Bid as often as you like - and be sure to check the progress of your bid throughout the days of the conference!
The auction closes at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, June 22nd. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder and should be picked up and paid for Wednesday morning. All items must be claimed by Wednesday, June 23rd at 10:30 AM or they will be awarded to the next highest bidder. You do not need to be present to win; however, you do need to make arrangements for pickup and payment of your item.

Want to Contribute?
You may bring your contribution with you when you travel to Norfolk. If so, please feel free to simply deliver it to the AFDO Registration Desk. Be sure to attach your busines card so that we know who to thank and we will take care of the rest for you.
Feel free to ship your contribution directly to the hotel in advance of your travel by sending it to the following address, ensuring that it arrives within 7 days of the start of the conference. Please be sure to include "Silent Auction" in the address listing.
