AFDO makes many publications available to both its membership and the general public.  Many documents are developed by AFDO members through committee work, others as a result of cooperative agreements, all in keeping with and support of its Mission, specifically:

•             Promoting education, communication and cooperation among government, industry and consumers
•        Providing guidance and training programs for regulatory officials and the regulated industry to promote nationally and internationally uniform inspections, analysis, interpretations, and investigations
•         Developing model laws, regulations and guidance documents and seeking their adoption throughout the United States
