Interim/Final Committee Reports. In order to prepare your committee's interim or final reports, you will need to download the issued Committee Charges - they are the standing template for this purpose. The interim report should contain a brief, comprehensive description of activity to date on each charge. The final report should summarize the overall activity for the term on each charge by that committee.
Formatting your Interim/Final Committee Report:
- Open the charges document, save the file as a new document on your computer.
- Change the word "charges" in the heading to read "Interim Report" or "Final Report", as appropriate.
- Enter descriptive information on committee activity in the "Discussion" line of each charge.
- Recommendations for the AFDO Board of Directors should be added as appropriate.
- E-Mail report to the Committee Whip (President Elect) and AFDO Executive Director. (You may use the link below)
